Not a defense, but an explanation: in the early seasons in Litchfield, the block that housed predominantly black inmates was called "the ghetto." Kind of like how the old ladies in Max are housed in "Florida."

Overall, I liked it. The last episode felt rushed as fuck, and I should have known better and not put my hopes on Piper to pick Zelda. The separated inmates appearing for five seconds in the final scenes...ugh.
