this was my most-anticipated show last year and i ended up being so disappointed in it. jim carrey's character was a stalker asshole.

i think so, so maybe my criticism is unfair, but there was just a major breakdown between what i was expecting + what i got. i think i just needed something more sympathetic (to everybody), not something that felt really mean-spirited/uncomfortable. it's a well-made show and everything, but it was hard to connect to anybody or anything bc it felt like the show would try to punish you for it. it just got exhausting watching a bunch of people be horrible to each other or having horrible things happen to them over and over.

Glad this is coming back.it was one of my fav shows last season. It had some very poignant moments imo. Was surprised by how much of it spoke to me.
