They’re finishing up post production, so the delay can’t be that, but someone on reddit suggested it might also be amazon subtitles for all the episodes or dubbing. Still, it’s a really long wait.

Anna (blonde lady from Lost) is a lesbian but we don't see her wife very often bc she's back on Earth iirc. But yeah it's pretty slim pickings.
