I may or may not have a rip of the original broadway cast and I love it. 'When he sees me' is my FAVORITE

Same! I've seen it with four different casts but the OBC is still my fav.

I love When He Sees Me, but Jessie's performance of She Used To Be Mine at the Tony's is my favorite.

I really want to see Hadestown, but the tickets are just too expensive for me since they're resales.

Do they do rush or lottery?

Yeah, I'm doing the lottery. I'm not sure about rush. But I think the show might be closing in October since there are no dates beyond the end of that month. They having limited standing room for each showing, but I am currently quite injured and it's just not possible for me to stand for that long unfortunately, assuming I am even able to get in.

It's absolutely killing the box office so far! I don't even particularly like the movie, but the pics of the set make me want to go see it just for the spectacle of it all. Where did you sit? I'm thinking the mezz would be ideal...

The set was to die for!! I sat in the Mezz and I saw everything perfectly fine. I can even show you pics of the set from my seat if you like

Sure, if it's not too much trouble!

Ivo Van Hove's WSS will probably be aesthetically gorgeous. I am curious to see how his style of directing will translate to such a traditional broadway musical. (I won't actually see it because I don't live in NYC, have the money and they just cast that actor who harassed fellow ballet dancers in his last company.)

Yeah, I am super curious about that one, as I liked his stagings of A View From the Bridge and The Crucible. But after reading about the guy they cast, it's a skip for me, too.
