Amanda Seyfried is speaking out about the importance of social media personalities using their influence responsibly. In the process, she is being accused of bullying and body shaming.
Instagram influencer/model Arielle Charnas has been receiving backlash for posting a photo of her in a bikini. Arielle wrote, “Proud of my body after two kids.” Here is the photo.

Amanda posted a screenshot of her friend Sophie Flack's comment and voiced her support. Amanda has since been called out for bullying and accused of body shaming.
Amanda responded to many of the commenters. She told one commenter: “I’m sorry if this stinks of judgement. It’s not meant too. It’s all a discussion that needs to be had."
Amanda said Charnas has since blocked her and her friend. She also said that she hopes that this opens up a discussion: “we have to be open to the discussions surrounding what we’re promoting.”
