i try to do 2L/day. idk if i could handle 3 because i'm already pissing nonstop. but it is never really more than 80F (at a reach, it'd be a massive heat wave if that happened) so it's easier to stick to 2L. when i visit mum in los angeles it usually bumps up to 2.5/3 because it's *so* hot
I actually like water lmao Sometimes I don't drink enough but I don't have an aversion to it.
edit to dang at all the ppl liking/buying branded water. why not filter the tap it pays for itself??? I don't understand unless that water in your area is just really unsafe plan ahead and bring your reusable water bottle everywhere??? Like forget the planet for a second (pls don't like we've got microplastics in our salt, y'all this is real)-- ijdg spending extra money on water when you already (probably) pay for it at home?
Yeah, tap water is great. Years ago I read this article talking about how companies get people to buy water when most people can just get it in their homes and it was very interesting. It talked about how government filtration systems have more oversight and are usually better than private ones (though as you said this is very dependent on where you live).
The tap water where I live is very unsafe to drink. I’m honestly even nervous about it when I use a filter so I buy about 5 gallon jugs/week and just use that in my reusable bottle. Idk maybe I’m just being paranoid lol.
Yeah I try to avoid bottled water in my normal life. When I went to Cuba it was bottled water only, which made me feel so wasteful! But the water just isn't safe to drink, so bottled water is abundant and super cheap. But at home I have a boatload of reusable water bottles that I try to refill and drink from as much as possible.
