I appreciate this sentiment but also this line of reasoning irks me because it's ignoring the fact that the primary reason women experience oppression by men is precisely because of our reproductive capabilities, actual and perceived. If men could get pregnant this conversation would be irrelevant because they would likely not have the power they have in reality.
