At the very end of Nintendo's E3, they announced that a sequel to Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is in development!

I really hope BoTW 2 doesn't take fucking forever to release.

Since it appears they're using the same engine, hopefully it won't be too long and will be more of an Ocarina of Time + Majora's Mask situation. I'm so excited... hopefully it's out in late 2020. Maybe my hopes are too high.

I think optimistically it could be holiday 2020, more likely it will be 2021 or 22 but I hope I'm wrong!

Between this, GOd of Wars foray into Norse mythology, Assassin's Creed into Egyptian and Greek (and the DLC!), and the creators of Assassin's Creed doing a Greek Mythology Zelda I'm in the middle of a video game renaissance and I'm so happy

I've really enjoyed watching this year's E3 coverage. I've been watching through YongYea's livestreams and it has been great.

I'm fucking hyped for BOTW sequel, was definitely not expecting that.

I am soooo excited for the Breath of the Wild sequel! Playing Breath of the Wild for the first time was one of the most fun video game experiences I’ve ever had.
