The accountability part is why this series bothered me so much - I think in an effort to keep things interesting/suspenseful for the audience, they take a lot, and I mean A LOT of liberties in portraying this guy, getting very close to trying to paint him as the innocent victim of some huge conspiracy?? Lol, I’ve been ranting all day about this to friends, and just barely restraining myself from being all over Twitter yelling at people who claim he’s innocent and trying to contextualize the political background to this.
