I am confused about their custody agreement. If they have shared custody, can he even do this without a hearing/judge's special order or something?

I don’t think they do, Britney just has visitation rights from what I understand, I think the conservatorship means that she’s not legally able to have custody?

That makes sense, but I have also been told repeatedly that she has shared custody-I wonder if they mean her dad does? That doesn't really make sense either. Maybe people are just confused about the terminology and think if she spends just as much time with them that that is shared custody lol.

I think it’s something like she has 50% shared visitation, and that they do stay with her an agreed equal number of days a week maybe, she’s just not actually legally able to have a shared custody arrangement when she’s under a conservatorship
