Taylor Kitsch and Michael C. Hall set to star in thriller series 'Shadowplay'

Coming off of his performance as David Koresh in 'Waco', Taylor Kitsch will lead the cast of 'Shadowplay'. The series is written by Måns Mårlind, creator of 'The Bridge' and will be in two eight episode chapters, filming in Prague.

'Shadowplay' will be set in Berlin during the summer of 1946. Kitsch plays Max, an American cop who arrives in the city to help create a police force during the aftermath of the war. Max is simultaneously taking on a secret crusade to find his missing brother, played by Logan Marshall-Green, who is killing ex-Nazi's in hiding, while being unaware that he is being used as a pawn in what is the beginning of the Cold War.

The series also stars, Michael C. Hall (Dexter, Safe), Nina Hoss (Homeland, A Most Wanted Man), Sebastian Koch (Homeland, The Lives of Others), Tuppence Middleton (Sense8, War and Peace), and Mala Emde (Brecht, Charité).



The series will air in 2020 and is distributed by Studiocanal. You can next see Taylor in '21 Bridges' with Chadwick Boseman, JK Simmons, and Stephan James on July 12th.
