North Dakota's legislature just voted to ban second trimester abortions and its governor signed a bill requiring physicians to tell patients that it may be possible to reverse drug-induced abortion. Yes, at the singular clinic in North Dakota that performed 1,155 procedures (3 percent were second trimester) last year.
