I feel like he's the actor who has, by far, gotten the most mileage out of his role on Gotham. Like, the show is basically supposed to be Ben McKenzie's thing (I know it's an *ensemble cast*, but Ben has top billing + was the person the media talked about the most when it was being promoted), but I feel like RTL/Penguin has been the most iconic thing to come out of the show. AND I LOVE THAT.
