Why couldn't they just get another host? NGL I'm still annoyed the SAGs has a host now I liked that it didn't. The only hosts I really care about are the ones at the Independent Spirit Awards they usually do a good job and there isn't all that extra fluff like the skits the Oscars seem so fond of.

Hosting the Oscars does nothing for a career. Plus I’ll bet some of the people they approached probably know that if they do it they’d be opening themselves up to having their tweets and statements brought against them. Or they just don’t want to be associated with Kevin Hart or be seen as taking a job from him
