Because the Writers Guild of America just have weird ass rules (something about not adhering to their Minimum Basic Agreement), the following movies won't be eligible for the Writers Guild

WGA needs to fix their requirements because this happened every year and it's dumb. Also, I swear to god if Green Book wins this... I'm gonna lose my mind.

yeah i was like 'uhh i guess' when i saw the movie. i get the dry humor (and armando's been so great with that in veep and the thick of it) but this didn't click
