i didn't love hereditary but toni was INSANE in it and a24 are trash for not pushing her, like we should be talking about an oscar snub not a fucking gg snub - the gg should have been a given 4 her

also i like adam driver as much as the next quasimodo thirsty bitch but his noms are bizarre to me, like i saw that film twice and... really? him?

MTE, I think Adam's a great actor and he's deserved attention for other roles, but the more I think about BlacKkKlansman the more it didn't work for me.

Haha, it's Levi Schmitt and Nico Kim from this current season of Grey's Anatomy (yes, it's still on)!

And Wildlife!! I can't believe that got shut out, especially Carey Mulligan. I would def put her in over Rosamund, personally. And I'd trade Washington or Hedges for Ethan Hawke.

Hasn't Sam Elliott been described as the fave for the Oscar? Very weird he's not here; I'd put him in over Adam Driver. And Elizabeth Debicki deserves it as least as much as Viola does for Widows imo.

sam's definitely not the favorite for supporting, i'd say it's mahershala right now (with tim having lost buzz weeks ago).

I haven't seen First Reformed but Ethan Hawke was getting a lot of press.

He'll probably nominated at the Oscars.

Widows getting snubbed is surprising.

Ethan was incredible, I'm surprised that film hasn't gotten more attention.
