It's SO unlike King Steve's past stuff that I was kind of baffled @ first (it's WAY faster and more densely plotted, etc), but once I got into it it's really enjoyable and twisty and intense. There's a lot of stuff I didn't see coming and it was really satisfying to just O____________o over all the surprises. I def wanna see it again. <3

I admit I was dreading the relationship because I was getting strong Ryan Gosling/Eva Mendes vibes (white teen heartthrob with tons of fangirls ends very public relationship w white woman and enters very private relationship with "sexpot" WOC, cue "THEY DON'T LOOK RIGHT TOGETHER" and targeted harrassment towards the WOC, etc), but Jodie has completely exceeded my expectations in how she's handling it all, I'm living for how angry she makes them by not GAF.
