I'm sorry. It's been a really depressing week. I can't believe how shitty coverage has continued to be, even after so many women have come forward over the last year to talk about sexual harassment.

It just feels so like, useless almost. Literally nobody gives a fuck about sexual assault victims, it's disgusting to watch these men and even women in power just kinda go well *shrug*. People (mostly MSNBC) keep saying like oh Republicans have to be cautious how they treat this situation and it's like no they really don't. The women who voted for Trump didn't give a fuck that 10+ women came forward and said he harassed or assaulted them and they still held their nose and voted for him. This will not be what hurts him with the right at least, they're too far gone and beyond saving.

Yep. It basically is just a reminder that men in power want women to just shut their damn mouths because they neither care about nor believe any accusation ever made.

Her former classmates even came forward and said the story is plausible because similar shit happened to them. None of them had to do that...

She's calling for an FBI investigation. She's telling the truth. Kavanaugh, his friend Mark Judge, and the GOP don't want an FBI investigation. If you were accused, wouldn't you want the FBI investigating it? Wouldn't you want the truth to come out?

She wants it to, they don't. So who is lying?

Also, when Anita Hill happened, they launched an FBI investigation, because it's routine for the FBI to check out things like this. This is literally their job. So Trvmp, Grassely, Hatch and everyone else who is saying the FBI doesn't do these kinds of investigations is outright lying. Hatch was even on the judiciary committee back then, and is on video saying the FBI should investigate immediately.
