This week the bakers had to make desserts. For the Signature Bake, they had to do a Meringue Roulade, the Technical was a Raspberry Blancmange, and the Showstopper was a very difficult Melting Chocolate Ball Dessert.

GBBO Fans, there is currently a season of bake off being shown at my local PBS station. it is called sseason 5 with Sue and Mel, but not the one where Nancy wins.

The seasons are all misnumbered, so the order that PBS shows them in doesn't coincide with the original airdate. This is an much older season on the BBC that PBS recently got the rights to air.
