I am still mad at him for making me wait 6 hours between the meet and greet and the concert so he could go to his gfs movie premiere, but I am going to the new tour. I have to see him every time he's in LA.

he'll absolutely be back. when willa was asked about aqua returning a while ago she said she literally couldn't say anything because the entire cast was contracted to secrecy. if he hasn't recorded yet, voice acting is always one of the last things in development, though i'd be a little surprised they waited this long.
