But really, celebs shouldn't go online. I hate that everybody is and low-key has to be now. It was better when it was just for hermits, nerds and perverts and you were only allowed an hour a day because it occupied the phone line. Healthier for the brain

I was just thinking about this, so many celebrities talk about their anxiety and I feel like for most of them it's not necessarily clinical, but fueled by things like the internet. Idk if I'd be able to handle constant google alerts and twitter tags w/ people talking shit about me and scrutinizing my life while still having to stay constantly engaged with the public on social media tbh

I just saw an article talking about how women perform worse when being observed, how observation has a detrimental effect on your cognitive abilities. Celebrities are ALWAYS being watched and ALWAYS have to be completely 'on'.
