I think so but it's not going to matter soon. They're almost old enough to go in front of a judge and say that they would rather stay with Britney full time (though they would have to be the ones to ask to go to the judge in the first place, Britney and KFeds can't request that). Even with the conservatorship, I think a judge would grant her primary custody due to her income and stability (it doesn't help that KFeds has kids from other women).
