Wiki says they got married in 2004 and were on-off for 10 years before that. That's still a lot longer than I expected someone from NSYNC to be married for.

He is in the process of divorcing his wife Kelly of 20 years. He says he realised he screwed up by leaving all the childcare to his wife and not giving her enough of a break, and has learned to spend more quality time with his kids
