Supposedly every joke in the movie was in the trailer, and Warner Bros is spending "tens of millions" to add more fun to the film.

it probably was tbh. although idk why you would make a film with these specific villains super serious. i'm hopeful for this bc while i don't want the movie to be a joke a minute i really wouldn't vibe well if the film was super serious/overly grimdark.

Ehhhh.... I can't imagine people working on this movie with all these colorful characters and not taking advantage of that with some dark humor before now.

The first two weeks of august are going to be really entertaining for the box office.

Well, according to some people here it is normal for DC to make unfunny movies because all of their stories are sooo dark. No fun allowed. It has to be "sophisticated" ;)
