And.. Don't tell anyone, but the lacework looks much harder than it really is.
I think I'm scared of certain things going in to every project, for this one, it was the first part, the invisible cast on. So I'm not fearless, that's for sure, but my need to learn is more powerful than that fear. And I'm finding that things always seem harder than they actually are. And also there are a wealth of resources and helpful people if I do run in to something difficult.
Also my grandma was a talented seamstress, I thought her crafty gene had bypassed me altogether, but maybe not, maybe it's caught up to me, maybe there's something in my genes.
