Vacation.

I have decided to take time off from my work. I assigned my staff members the appropriate jobs and have set everything in order. I have taken little to no vacation time within the last five years and needless to say the hospital's board had no discrepancies with my decision

On the contrary, I enjoy my job and what it brings. Certain... events, however, have been affecting my performance. I thought it best to take a short break.
