[Iroh loves a holiday, whether he's familiar with it or not. He's spent the past few days researching different New Year's traditions and getting the Jasmine Dragon appropriately decked out. The idea of New Year's enchants him even more than the idea of Christmas. New beginnings are important...as is the opportunity to say goodbye to what is past.
