Oh good grief. On the one hand, my knee jerk response is, "Why would parents go in for crap like this?" On the other hand, I have heard of very elaborate requests from kids for what the Tooth Fairy should bring them, so I can see that some parents might figure it's harmless and go for it. On the third hand (if only I had one), just drop the whole tooth fairy nonsense entirely!
