Vic's powers allow him to find things by instinctively knowing the general direction they're in. If you have something that may disrupt that, for your characters, for particular objects of theirs, or even entire locations, through wards, charms, magic, heavy-duty psychic shielding, whatever, let me know!

Zatanna can be found, obviously, but only if she wants to. She'd probably be able to block him, but I doubt she'd ever have any reason to do so (and even then, I'd be happy to work anything out with you).

Fine with me! Because I can't really think of a reason that she'd try to avoid him, unless it were for plot reasons. And if that were the case, I'd probably want her to accidentally screw up, anyway.

J'onn is partial to being found at need.

Zatara would have wards up, but guided by intent. If Vic's intent was not good, he would probably be able to find Zatara.

So, in other words, J'onn has the ability to block it but prolly won't use it? Either way, I'll let you know if he's looking for either.

They're not really psychic so much as intuitive, I couldn't really pin down their exact nature. But I'll make sure to ask if he tries to find Quatre or Spike, and will keep it in mind about Remus.

Jessica's power of self-duplication could possibly disrupt Vic's ability to locate her. The duplicates are identical to the real Jessica in every way, and telepathically they are the same. They also believe they are the original Jessica, and the only way to be certain which is the original is by watching the original absorb the duplicates, or create more.

Well, it doesn't really work telepathically, but I like the idea of him trying to find her and his internal arrow just going in all directions and giving him a massive headache, so yeah.
