I keep checking the streets to see if what she's been saying is true. There's no indication that a Tyrant has been through here but she swears... If Nemesis is here he's doing a damn good job of hiding.What is going here? First that scream, and then mass hallucinations and various other effects. How the hell do we stop it ( Read more... )

It is a ghost. There is a plan underway to stop it. More information can be obtained at the lobby of the Discedo Historical Museum on Ingles Trail. [And he's not going to ask what "Nemesis" or "Tyrant" are]

It's not really that surprising. Angry spirits always cause trouble. This is just one of the worst I've seen due the effects being so widespread and branching.

If I said magic, it'd probably be too much of a cop-out.

There was an experimental virus that was being cultivated for bio-terrorism called the tyrant, or t-virus, created by the Umbrella Cooperation. When infected, if a carrier isn't treated properly they die, and rise back up attack anything living. If you get bit, your chances of survival are slim.
