akak I haven't finished the manga so I didn't know that detail ^^; oh well I think they look good together.

yea about Sano & Mizuki's relationship, after the preview, look like they're bickering again & nothing seems going smoothly for them.. argh I really dunno what the script writer's planning. I doubt that he dares to change the whole thing that makes Mizuki falls for Nakatsu in the end !? O_O omg, like u said, it's just wrong.

But on the other hand, there's Komari, I have a light feeling that she & Nakatsu will be a couple in the end ^__^ oh well just an intuition haha

Komari is one of the Hibari's Four girls , the little chubby one who had a crush on Toma in eps 1 when the confetti fall on her.

i'm not fluent in japanese to the extent where i could understand what mizuki said to nakatsu when pulling his shirt in the preview for the next episode. ran, did you understand? i just wanna know she said that led to his surprised expression. if you understand, please let me know! onegai

My friend told me that Mizuki asked Nakatsu to stay with her little longer.

About Nakatsu & Mizuki, I also have the same feeling that they do ressemble Akira & Nobuta but this time the other guy is Sano not Shuuji. And I think Sano & Mizuki suit together more becuz they know each other well, the other's pain, thinking, worry, they try hard to make the other be happy.
Nakatsu may be Mizuki's best friend ever but he can not do things as Sano does for Mizuki..

I think in the end Nakatsu will find his 'luve' too... *point at Komari*

i do eventually think that sano and mizuki will come together because of their current relationship. mizuki is helping would sano's wound of being unable to jump and sano is helping her by working hard so she no longer feels guilty. so yeah, that's a much more special bond compared to hers and nakatsu's. i really hope nakatsu doesn't rebound to komari...i really don't like that chick in the drama and i've never read the manga before so yeah.

i think since this drama is getting an extra episode (12 as opposed to 11), they're going wait an extra episode for it to be more suspenseful. normally the middle episode is the one that has a dramatic change on the two protagonist's relationship. so rather than coming at 5, it may come at 6 or possibly even 7. i think they're doing a slightly different approach with this drama since it's been so anticipated and they want to keep their viewers. it's so sad that it's such a great drama (i honestly love it and have been catching up with it. if it weren't for ran, i'd be going crazy)...yet sadly, the ratings have been dropping each week :(

the ratings are yo-yoing, but from week to week (episode 2 was the highest rated), only episode 5 broke that trend, because there was an election in Japan, so the % went down. When episode 6 airs, the ratings will probably recover.

The rating hasn't been dropping that much, compare to other dramas in the season, Hana Kimi has the most stable rating ^_^ Last eps didn't get much viewers becuz of the election. I hoped they didn't broadcast the eps so it will get higher next week, akak.

I agree with u about the 'dramatic' change in jdrama. I notice it in many jdrama I've watched. I think the script writer did a very good job up to now, wrap up so many details in some few eps & the comic is alwayz there. It's just a pity that they neglect a little bit Sano & Mizuki relationship. I find that they give so many unnecessary scenes to the side characters, w/o really focusing on the protagonists of the story..

Hopefully in the rest eps, they'll make a nice change of all it. I dun't mind if there's less Nakatsu's scenes or the dorms' contest thingie, what I care most about now is how Sano & Mizuki's relationship develops.
