He may be online = I have not really searched because I have two or three books of his
but he is on a wiki page at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Constantine

which shows he studied at my old college :)

and there are some pages from his publisher Carcenet and so on

His book based on the strange strange story of Casper Hauser is amazing
