i just realised reading this that ugh is a hug that has just got a little confused temporarily - *hug* - it will all work out wonderfully for you i am sure! - your Master will keep you sane as well as grounded i am sure *hugs*

Honestly, that you remember how hard it was being a teen is probably the best gift you can give your girls. I started talking to Rhianonn about adolesence when she was around 8. I told her to expect a lot of changes and that emotions get really, really big, but that she would grow into them and that it does get better. I've told her some stories of my own hard times in Jr. High. That seems to help her feel that I really DO get it. We are very close, and I told her last week that if there was any way I could take the pain from her into myself, I would do it without a second thought.

I am sure sharing your exierences. I hope she realizes how lucky she is to have such a wonderful mother.

most of the time I think she thinks I am a pain... *grin*

master and I took her to see Peter Murphy on Friday night. (She thinks she's quite the little goth, and I indulge her in this) The space was packed and Master and I spent much of our time trying to protect her from being squashed by the crowd. But she loved it, and at one point threw her arms around me and said, "Mom, you're my best friend!" Moments like that mean so much!
