Saving this for posterity because it shows how ridiculous the whole SUP eligibility is:

I want it to be linked to the livejournal.com. The rest of interface appears in english is it's supposed to be. The language in the account settings is set to 'English' too.

The reason why this user has lanzelot as a scheme is that they write in Cyrillic in their journal. Let's ignore the site language setting, shall we? That would make too much sense otherwise.
