Naruto took off through 311 Lysgar, headed straight for Nanao & Tsunade's apartment at top speed, clutching something in his hands. Nanao glanced up from her romance novel she had been skimming, then snorted and shoved it under a convenient couch cushion. It was one dirty little secret she hoped no one EVER found out, because if they did, she knew she'd be teased.

After making sure she had adequately hidden the offending material, she padded to the door and opened it, stepping away. She knew Naruto well enough to know he could be exuberant at times and she didn't want to be bowled over.

"Good evening, Naruto."

Naruto bounded in, grinned bright at the dark-haired woman, and with an almighty (if amateur) flourish produced his present.

"I wanted to come say 'thank you so much!' for paying for my rent like you did on Valentine's Day and that was totally amazing and great and I mean I've never gotten such a massive present before so I wanted to give you this!" he rambled loudly, holding up the best thing he'd worked out he had for her.

His dancing electronic sunflower. Complete with sunglasses and new batteries so he could dance for Nanao.

Nanao couldn't help but laugh at the blonde and his breathless seeming comment. "Naruto, you didn't need to do anything... really... I just wanted to make everyone happy for the month." No matter the reasons she had used at the time, in the end, she knew the real reason for her gift.

Sunflower in hand, she glanced around the room, looking for a good spot for it.

Naruto trailed after her into the apartment, wondering a little at how much different the place looked when he wasn't choked to death with flu. It looked neat and tidy and pretty.

In other words, like some smart ladies lived here. Which was obviously the truth anyway. He stood in the middle of the room and tried not to do anything to make it untidy.

"I wanted to do something, Nanao. I mean, you did such a big thing for me and stuff was really crappy around the time and it made everything much better than it would've been so... yeah. I'm just talking lots. Anyway, how're you doing?"
