Danzig would win. He looks like he has some hidden super-human powers while that guy suffering from flesh eating bacteria appears to have some hidden weaknesses that would be easy to tap in to.

Are we talking sheer strength or amount of bad assness. because in an actual fight Danzig would beat the shit out of Dio, come on his like 5'4". If it's judged on who rocks more Dio would stomp a hole in Danzig's ass.
