Fun times! It's cool that in this world they both have embraced the family fortunate way and are able to focus on that profession and therefore each other a bit more.

(my only question is that I'm wondering if 'avalanche' is the term or 'mud-slide'? With the open topped jeep I just didn't picture snow being an issue... just curious)

I love how Emma's concept of flirting is hanging around someone and constantly needling them; it's the hanging around them often that gives it away.
Thanks for another journey with these two to look forward to!

That is definitely Emma's concept of flirting!

Hmm, interesting point about avalanche. I actually have no association with it being about only snow. I always considered a bunch of falling rocks an avalanche too, but you're probably right about it being more commonly associated with snow. To change or not to change... meh.

Thanks!

Fantastic. I loved the line where Emma states I take one thing seriously. Sex. That was totally Emma. I like how you subtly added in the mutants at the dinner table. This has the same characters but definitely its own distinctive flavour. Lots of fun to read. I will be sure to pimp this one out too.

Another awesome AU (of an AU even). I love this, and all of those subtle little cameos etc. I giggled when the von Doom's showed up at their table. I also loved all of your Emma flirting stuff, both the overt and more subtle sides. Looking forward to the next bit.

"You don't take anything seriously, do you?"

Emma considered this. "Sex," she said. "I take sex very seriously." -- GO EMMA!
