Oh, angsty pilots. Never can work things out, can they?

I loved this. Your characterization was spot on; I could hear the whole thing in my head, and can easily believe that this is how they were feeling in that scene.

And I love that you didn't give them a happy resolution here, just a chance to say a little bit more and make things even messier.

Thank you for giving Lee a chance to talk there. And you got the body language so well, too. The avoidance and the struggling and just... gah.

**sigh** Oh Pilots, how I miss you.

I just want to say again that I really like this fic. I love that it changes things without changing anything (because if they worked it all out the story would seem wrong). And I really love this moment: "How many have we lost this week alone, Lee? How many? And how many before that? And how long, Apollo, how long, Lee, until you're the one on that list?"
It's a great tie-in to the episode's arc, especially since they were just talking about that list that Kara pretends she doesn't remember right before this scene begins. And also it ties in to one of my favorite bsg moments of all time (Kara reciting the names).

Oh man, that's just heartbreaking. I really love your continuation of this scene, I think it speaks true of both characters. Nice job!

I really enjoyed this. It really was like Lee had lots to say before Kara walked out. I think it that part was included in the episode, Lee might have said something alongs line from your fic.

It was nice to see Lee's POV about him sending Kara to her death. Granted talking to Kara sometimes is like banging your head against a wall. Kara's last words before she left are a tear jerker. Great work!
