well, i made a lot of smaller purchases that weren't at all necessary such as: a blessed necklace, a nice key chain for my house keys (after a freakin year!), pajamas made by former forced prostitutes from india, a shirt made to provide one year of water and medical supplies to single mothers in africa, the most expensive pair of jeans i have ever purchased, and a fancy pedometer that syncs with my iphone...granted i found coupon codes for everything purchased, but i did not need one of those things. girl is being reasonable and using her extra spending money to go in for an eye exam, get a hair cut, and replace her shoes that were literally falling apart and causing her horrible foot pain.
