'The End of Mr. Y,' by Scarlett Thomas. I can't exactly tell you what this book is about other than to say that out of the last four books I've read, three of them were kind of book-within-a-book dealios. The basic idea is that there is a book with a curse, and if you read it, you supposedly die. I can't really say more than that without spilling

Sounds like a good one.... I´ve added it to my list.. though in the German paperback version that is not released, yet. :-)
