I didn't get an interview at OUP. Not surprising, and not particularly disappointing. I knew my path wasn't that way. It would've been nice to get an interview, though. Then again, if I'd gotten it, they might have subsequently offered me a place, and I wouldn't really have been able to turn it down, and since I know I don't want the job, maybe

Call it professional if you like, but I'd only heard one person in the US call it a CV before coming here, which tells me that it ain't that professional.
