That's a lot of inches! Go you!

I started at 245... its 3 years later and I'm still 20+ lbs away from my 155 goal. I'll get there though... and I have/haven't 1) damaged myself with unhealthy diet practices, 2) given my skin time to catch up so its not so saggy, 3) learned enough and practiced enough to keep the weight off forever

I had a moment like that today too. I went shopping. Ugh. I am too small for plus sized clothes, but too big for XL. Well not too big, like the clothes fit, I just have rolls and bumps where there shouldn't be any.

I still have a pretty long journey ahead too. But think of it this way. You KNOW it will happen, so treasure this moment and when you get to that point you can remember this moment as a time you were sad but kept at it to remind yourself of how hard you worked.

You are doing great! Supermodels look like boys anyways. No REAL woman looks like that.
