Jack says he's from the Boeshane Peninsula, but never mentions a planet. I'm thinking, not Earth. BUT, it will explain what happens when he finally dies, and also, that comment at the beginning of Torchwood when he talks about being pregnant and never doing it again. In the Christopher E. ep of Who, where they're on Sattelite 5, one of the newscasts is that the Face of Boe is pregnant with Boemina. I wonder if he'll give birth to a regular baby or to a little head like him that needs a smoky jar.

But it is canon that Jack is human--isn't he????
I managed to miss a few eps in the middle of Series 3 so I'm planning on power watching when the dvds come out. I didn't remember the C.E. ep mention. But the Face of Bo has always been one of my fav Doctor Who um...characters. And now---LOL, the deadpan dawning realization on David's face was perfect.
I love fandoms that actually play with the fans (casts bitter glance at Chris Carter).

Thanks again for the Torchwood fix.
