The silver planet?! Have you been reading Asimov? That kind of hopeless space journey with a sucky ending is just the sort of thing I'd expect, albeit with a lot more ssssssexual content.
As for the creative God portion of your blog, I'm all for that! I'd never really thought about it until I read that, then I realized that He certainly WOULD have to be creative, and not just artistically, but mathematically, scientifically, architecturally stylistically, culturally, and grammatically! There are probably more of those words, but I can't think of them.
Also, if you're in the mood for Sci-Fi, read that Philip K. Dick essay I posted a few days ago on my Livejournal. Dad read it and almost immediately started re-reading the Eric Nylund Halo books. He also wants Signal to Noise back from you (as do I).
You have always had those dreams when life gets out of control. I am sure with new baby/ toddler/ new job, things do seem a bit out of control. The freeway things, going some place you are not familiar with and in the job. Tornado being not in control. It all makes sense for the place you are at this moment. God has not moved though and He has you in the palm of his hand and will see you through it all. Sometimes God just gives us enough light for just the step we are on.
Dad is very happy right now reading the Halo books so don't stress about the other one it can wait until Tuesday. (:-0 Collegeboy)
