MMO: Belladonna Cove

I finally got the downloads for meetme2theriver 's Megahood working again (which is a thing of beauty, you can create your own Megahood with shopping district templates - it's so awesome!).
I've tried to keep all the lots (or all the defining ones anyway, I had to throw out a couple in Belladonna Cove because there just wasn't space for them in my lay-out, as ( Read more... )

Your Belladonna Cove looks fantastic!
And you managed to place a train thingie on that aqueduct! How on earth did you manage that? I always try and constantly fail! Now I'm envious!

It's actually really easy. The train thing is infinite, so you can place it anywhere. The height of the train thing is the same as the terrain where you plonk it down (the place where your cursor 'grabs' the tracks)
So I put the track down at the far end of the map, then used the modifyneighborhoodterrain on cheat to elevate the terrain-spot on which it was placed until it was the right height. Voila! Train on aquaduct :)

Oh wow! Thank you! That really sounds easy. Never thaught of using the modifyneighborhoodterrain cheat!

It make's perfect sense that the rich people would have the benefit of the park :)

I think it does, too :) The middle-class area (or whatever) has gotten a small park of their own as well to compensate. I wanted to get all the shops and things in the 'centre' area.
You don't normally get a lot of shops in a residential area, anyway.
