Too long to wait in the cathedral of mud, hoping that god will descend and bring a deluge of drowning epiphany to wash it away. Dont look back or turn to salt. The water rises from the ground up and we wade to the altar, waiting on the final breath.

before I forget, I had the strangest dream about being in a school dorm, that was designed like a prison, and at the bottom were kennels where we kept all our pets (I had a cat, I didnt want to keep her in the kennels because of the dogs and fences).
