I am so completely obsessed with her. I actually had a really random dream about hanging out with her in Galactica's observation deck last night. I am very much enamoured by this icon (by profoundly_grey). It's so Starbuck and Kara mixed into one. She's so beautiful. I remember starting watching BSG and reading all the hype about certain characters

I need to get into this show too. My BFF has been talking about it. She loves it, so I think she's going to lend me her DVDs so I can get caught up with it.

Yes, you really should get into this show. It's also best to start at the beginning (the mini series) and work back from there. It's such an incredible show with an amazing cast and you find yourself really caring about them.

Yeah, it really took me by surprise too. I saw a few people on my Flist squeeing over it last year and they had pretty much the same tv interests as me so I took a chance. At first I was kinda "meh" in the beginning of the mini, but as soon as I saw Starbuck do her thing I was hooked.

You REALLY must watch the Mini and S1. I forgot you hadn't seen them! I hope I haven't spoiled you for anything. (not that it really matters THAT much since you're in S3, but still) I think you'll love the show even more (if that is possible) because you'll get a deeper character protrayal. You can see more of why Kara is so frakked up and personally, hot!pilots were the best in S1! (I'm still shocked and dismayed that you haven't seen it!!)
