I'm Going To Make Him Pay!

Aug 18, 2006 20:09

Two teens were arrested last night for attempting to inflict bodily harm to the Bermuda Aquarium's giant green turtles, located just outside the Aquarium doors. The two teen boys brought one concrete block and two metal poles, and according to the camera, they were using them in an attempt to crack open the turtle's shells. Luckily, the two ( Read more... )

That sounds like a brilliant idea. They think their so hot? They'll be hot alright, after they are burned to a cinder!

But seriously...I hate their stinking guts!

I hate stupid jerks like that. I'd have thrown them into the shark tanks.

You know what really sucks? The sharks in our tanks are harmless. No matter. We have an alligator pit. I think that pretty much makes up for it.

Oh Diana, I just wish stupid teens would be extinct already!

The nice thing to do would be to just let them serve their sentence and call it a day since that doesn't really have anything to do with you....

...but I'm not nice, so make it a living hell for them, LOL. You don't have to be mean to them personally, but I'd make it TERRIBLE for them. They wouldn't even want to LOOK at another turtle without freaking out.

Yes, that does sound like the right thing to do. Maybe I'm just a bit ticked off at the moment, and I'll probably cool down by the time they show up. Even though I won't show my anger, I can emphasize it by making them do nasty chores, like picking up tortoise crap with no gloves. Oh and they will have to work in the crap pit barefooted. I've got to write this stuff down! *grabs notepad*

Thanks for the tip. ;)

See? Now you're thinking! You don't have to be mean to them (although people who want to do cruel stuff to animals like that NEED to be torn apart), but you can take your anger out on them by making them work HARD and do disgusting things they probably wouldn't want to ever do ever again. There's nothing they can do about it but listen, right? YOU OWN THEM! MWHA!

That reminds me of an incident at the local fish hatchery that keeps some of the local species going. They have these huge sturgeon in a rather shallow pool (at least, I think it was sturgeon, could have been something else..) and they used to have one that was very very old. I say used to, because some young punks got into the complex and beat him to death with baseball bats. They weren't caught.

If I were you I wouldn't have them anywhere near the actual animals, but make them do nasty jobs, like haul bags of smelly stuff everywhere.

Wow that sounds worse then my story, very sad. At least mine had a somewhat happy ending, it's a shame the criminals in your story were never caught. I hope overwhelming guilt will haunt them for as long as they live!

Thanks for the tip. I think you are right. Even if I was there to watch them, they might still try and pull as fast one. This is going to be very tricky.

That is horrible! I can't believe kids like that can be so reckless... Goodness. :( It just makes me sad.

I would definitely make their community service experience a nightmare, too. Make them scoop up waste or something... maybe even something worse. Get all dirty... or something that can teach them about life and the animals that live in it with us.

I'm just... that just boggles my mind that kids can be like this. I truly hope they learn their lesson, and soon.

It really is frightening to see what kids are doing, nowadays. What is the origin of their anger? And why would they stoop so low and harm an innocent creature? It really bugs me!

Making them scoop up waste sounds like a great idea. They are going to feel like they are attending the army, by the time I'm done with them!
