My computer crashed, and unfortunately due to various problems it will be months before I'll be able to afford to either fix it or get a replacement. This sadly means that the Prettyfaces will be on hiatus for the unforeseeable future. Don't worry, I had managed to back up the hood, so I can restart things at the point we left them in my last

Oh no! I am all too familiar with the computer woes. At least you didn't lose your hood, though, that's something. (I, on the other hand, still haven't learned my lesson so I'm going to make sure to back up myself, TODAY.)

Simming withdrawal is a minor complication when the comps go down but it can be darned unpleasant. Fingers crossed it won't be too long!

I became a little paranoid after a computer crash made me lose a previous legacy, so I've been trying to back up my game every time I had enough material for a Prettyface update. Hopefully it will be enough, and that the withdrawal won't be too unpleasant since it looks like it might take some months before everything goes back to normal my way. Thank you for crodding your fingers alongside mine!

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear your computer went kaputt! D: I hope you didn't lose anything important, but I am glad to hear you have your most recent game play backed up. Ohhhhh man, backups are so wonderful to have! My game has already been saved three times: twice from game problems, and once from computer self-destruction. I hope you'll be able to get a new computer or get your old one fixed soon. I'll miss the Prettyfaces in the meantime!

Sadly we always end up leaving something important behind, but I'm glad I managed to save the latest backup of that hood. I'm pretty confident that things will resume at the point I left them in my last update, but even if something happens to it I'm sure I'll still be able to get Polly and Priscilla back and move them and their parents somewhere else. And I know just what you mean, as I'll miss them terribly as well!

Ugh I'm sorry about your computer. Mine doesn't even play Sims 2 anymore :( Hopefully it gets fixed/replaced with little cost!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will take little to no time to solve, as the sims withdrawal is already insufferable.
