Your Atobe wearing the Rikkai uniform userpic is ABSOLUTE LOVE!!!!! I've always loved this particular scene from DL7th and the userpic captures it perfectly!!!!

Effect, I used to make icons 3-4 years ago, and I have some saved bases and lightning effect, that I constantly reuse in other icons. These are from stock images, you can find many of the around LJ or DevArt, too.

I love it so much that I might have to deal with getting rid of one of my userpics just to use that one. Why is it that LJ can't give you the option of buying more userpic room without having to get a premium account? -.-

You use photoshop right? If you do, do you think you can send me the base for this one? I want to see which lighting effects yo used. Don't worry about it if you don't want to. I'm sure if I tinker around some, I might be able to figure out how to get the glowy feel.
